Our belief is that if the journey doesn’t feel good, then getting there won’t feel great either. And in this spirit, we have created journey’s for your body, mind AND spirit by incorporating lymphatic drainage, breath work, aromatherapy and tarot guidance in the unique She’s So Well way.
What is Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage encourages the natural drainage of the lymph. This aids in the detoxification of the body by filtering out waste products and dead cells from the tissues.
With thorough and careful manual movements your body begins to cleanse, increasing the body’s ability to fight infections whilst decreasing inflammation. The result? Clear thinking, hormone regulation, cellulite reduction and a bloat free supple relaxed body.
We carefully tune into you with an initial consultation and/or tarot guidance to understand what your body needs and create a personalised approach to reach your version of optimal mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Combining traditional lymphatic drainage massage techniques with Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques and aromatherapy, this 60 minute journey uses the power of your own breath and organic essential oils to detoxify, relax, decrease bloat and increase energy. A sturdy high impact massage with immediate results. Ideal for general wellbeing or as preparation for an event or photoshoot.

The Journey of the Feminine
Using the powerful feminine essence of pure organic rose oil this massage has been created for you, the busy woman desiring to sink back into your magnetic feminine essence.
Created to decrease cortisol, relax, unwind and soften you back into your body. This is a journey of connecting to yourself with a combination of lymphatic drainage and relaxation massage techniques.
This treatment will have you feeling soft, feminine, relaxed and connected to self.

Aromatherapy Massage and Tarot Guidance
This 2+ hour journey combines all of the senses. Body, mind and spirit. We begin with a grounding meditation followed by a beautiful, fun and light hearted tarot card reading. After the reading together we choose the essential oils for your massage based on the message from the tarot and your own intuition. We then begin a deeply relaxing and grounding aromatherapy massage. This package is an immediate up lift to both body and soul.
